| Manufacturing Methods: |
| Hot peppers are processed daily and then are ground with salt. The resulting pulp is left to ferment for three months prior to being used to make the sauce. This pepper pulp is then blended with vinegar, depulped to remove seed, and then put together with the remaining ingredients in the mixing tanks. |
