Ingredients: |
| Hot pepper paste, vinegar, sugar, fresh ginger pulp, fresh passion fruit pulp, salt and natural emulsifier: xanthan gum (E415). |

Manufacturing Methods: |
| Peppers are processed daily where fresh peppers are ground with salt. The resulting pulp is left to ferment for three months prior to being used to make the sauce. The other fruits are brought fresh to our plant where they are first selected, and graded for freshness and optimum quality. All fruits are then washed, processed immediately and converted into pulp, which is then transfered to the mixing tanks for batch preparation. |
